Lil Rockerfeller tops memorable weekend for Neil King

Neil King enjoyed a superb weekend as Lil Rockerfeller provided his Marlborough yard with a first Grade-2 victory in the National Spirit Hurdle at Fontwell, following up the hugely impressive debut bumper success of Big Meadow at Chepstow the day before. Stroud Coleman purchased Lil Rockerfeller with Neil at the September DBS HIT Sale in 2014 for £31,000, while Big Meadow was purchased for £85,000 at the Tattersalls Ireland Cheltenham Sale in December having won his debut maiden Irish Point-to-Point and rates a hugely exciting prospect for the future.
